When you get in touch, we'll arrange an initial chat to understand where you are now and where you want to be. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit for each other.

We work with athletes who:

  • Are new to triathlon and want to get started safely
  • Are returning after injury, illness, or time away
  • Have unpredictable schedules (shift workers, parents, carers)
  • Are navigating menopause and its effects on training
  • Have chronic conditions that need managing alongside training
  • Want a coach who sees them as a whole person, not just an athlete
